Between the dates of 23-26 NOVEMBER 2023, at the 1st Tourism and Gastronomy Fair held in Isparta, our Vocational School Food Processing Department Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlhan GÜN, in his speech titled “Hidden Dairy Products in the Lakes Region,” provided information about traditional dairy products produced by producers living in the Teke region. Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlhan GÜN, who made statements about the branding, recognition, and sustainable production of products especially produced by the Yörüks, also made statements about the local flavors, including dairy products, that are not well-known in the field of Gastronomy in the provinces of Burdur and Isparta.
