Orientation and Addiction Combat Training was conducted at our vocational school.

Orientation training was given to our 1st-year students who newly joined our vocational school by the Deputy Director of the Vocational School, Pelin Ertürkmen. In the orientation program, the Unit Orientation Training video prepared by our University's Corporate Communication Application and Research Center and the presentation prepared by the head of the student affairs department were explained.

After the orientation program, awareness training on tobacco, alcohol, substance, gambling, and technology addiction was given under the coordination of Burdur Yeşilay Counseling Center.

The training held at the Veterinary Faculty Conference Hall was attended by the Director of the Vocational School, Prof. Dr. Şenol Güzel, Burdur Yeşilay Counseling Center Sociologist and Psychologist, Deputy Directors of the Vocational School, our academic-administrative staff, and our students. The employees of Burdur Yeşilay Center, who stated that they are always by the side of our students in the fight against addiction, also emphasized that personal information is not shared with anyone during and after the treatment process.
