Meeting of TRT Antalya Radio and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlhan GÜN at Our Vocational School

Producer Emre Altınışık from TRT Antalya Radio, Announcer Rıza Okur, Technical Director Özgür Gül, and Associate Professor Dr. İlhan Gün from our Vocational School's Food Processing Department Milk and Products Technology Program came together. In the meeting held at our unit; information was provided about the state of the milk sector in Burdur province, the activities of the Milk and Products Application Research Center in University-Industry Cooperation, the development of local products, the latest stages reached in the production of Burdur goat tulum cheese, and the recent product adulterations that have been on the agenda.
