Chef Program Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR attended the Tourism and Gastronomy Fair

Our College Culinary Program Instructor Öğr. Gör. Muhammed HAYKIR participated in the 1st Tourism and Gastronomy Fair organized by the Isparta Chamber of Commerce and Industry on November 23-26, 2023. Various panels and applications related to Turkish Cuisine were held at the organization attended by many academicians and association representatives from the field of gastronomy. Öğr. Gör. Muhammed HAYKIR, who made semolina halva, which holds an important place in Turkish culinary culture, provided important information about both the significance of halva in our culture and its key points. Semolina halva, made in a manner unique to the Isparta region, was offered to the participants attending the fair.
