Food Processing Department Students Participated in Sapling Planting Event Within the Scope of Forest Week

Within the framework of the Forest Week and Tree Festival Regulation, various events were organized this year with the theme of “Food and Forest” as part of the 21 March World Forestry Day and Forest Week activities celebrated every year.
In this context, at the sapling planting event held on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 10:00, our school's Food Processing Department students and academic staff came together to contribute to nature. The event was held at Büğdüz Köyü Oğuzhan location Cevat Sayılı 4th Street No:4/A, on the Burdur Campus Open Penal Institution road.
Our students, academic staff, and other participants actively participated in the event to increase environmental awareness and leave a greener world for future generations. During the sapling planting, it was aimed to raise awareness about the protection of nature and the understanding of a sustainable environment.
We thank all our students and academic staff who contributed to this meaningful event.
