IPARD III Program 10th Call for Applications Announcement

The Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, has announced the Tenth Call for Applications on September 30, 2025. This call regarding the acceptance of applications is related to applications for support by enterprises wishing to invest within the scope of the IPARD Program. 

The source of the financial support to be provided to beneficiaries in return for eligible expenditures is the IPARD Program Fund, created from the co-financing of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey. This support is referred to as "public contribution." The mentioned public contribution will be provided as non-repayable for investments realized within the framework of the Program. 

Within the scope of the IPARD III Period Tenth Call for Applications, project applications can be made from 81 provinces for support regarding "M3 - Investments in Physical Assets Related to Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products" (Processing and Marketing of Milk and Dairy Products, Processing and Marketing of Red Meat and Meat Products, Processing and Marketing of Poultry Meat and Meat Products, Processing and Marketing of Fishery Products, Processing and Marketing of Fruit and Vegetable Products, Processing and Marketing of Eggs) construction work, machinery-equipment, service, and visibility purchases. 

Within the scope of this call, the support budget is determined as 50 Million Euros, and the support rate is set at 50-70%, aiming to maximize the benefit of our province from the existing budget. It is announced to the interested parties.
