Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR Became a Speaker at Isparta 3rd Tourism and Gastronomy Fair

Our college's Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department Culinary Program instructor, Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR, participated in an important event at the Isparta 3rd Tourism and Gastronomy Fair.
Our instructor, who took part as a speaker in the talk titled "The Future of Flavor: Local Products and Social Media" organized within the scope of the fair, met with industry professionals and participants.
In his speech, Lecturer HAYKIR gave a presentation especially on the critical role chefs play in the use of local products in kitchens. He shared valuable information about the preservation of local values, sustainable gastronomy, and chef responsibilities in this field.
At the end of the talk, plaques were given to the participants for their contributions to the event.
