Our University Selected as 'Best of the Year'! Great Success from Our Culinary Program Students

Burdur Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Meslek Yüksekokulu Aşçılık Programı öğrencileri, this year at the 6th edition of the event where the heart of the gastronomy world beats, GASTRO ANTALYA 2025 GASTRONOMY AND KITCHEN STARS MEETING, left their mark.

In this international organization with more than 4000 participants from over 20 countries, our students proudly represented our school and city with the medals they won.

Our students, under the guidance of Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR and Lecturer Yunus BAYGÜL, emerged victorious from the competitions they meticulously prepared for.

Gold Medal in "University Team of the Year Competition".

Our team consisting of students Arda BACALIKAYA, Taha SARI, and Beren Nur DEMİR won the gold medal by coming first in the prestigious category of "University Team of the Year Competition". This great success showcased a perfect example of teamwork and creativity.

Besides the University Team Competition, our students also achieved great success in individual categories.

Beren Nur DEMİR won a gold medal in the "Student Chef Restaurant Dessert for University Level Schools" category.

Büşra ARIK experienced great joy by winning a gold medal in the "Pizza Competition for University Level Schools" category.

Taha SARI achieved an important rank with a silver medal in the "Student Chef Main Course Competition for University Level Schools" category.

Our students brought us great joy with their talents in culinary arts, disciplined work, and the guidance of their advisor lecturers.
