Aşçılık Programı Öğrencilerimize Profesyonel Bıçak Eğitimi Düzenlendi

The "Professional Knife Training" event was organized by PİRGE Academy Corporate Training Specialist Fırat ERBİL on 28.11.2025 for our students. During the training, valuable information was shared from types of knives to the correct use of knives, from the technical features of knives to knife selection and important factors in knife maintenance.  During the event, students who were successful in the quiz were gifted a "Chef's Knife" by Pirge Knife. 
At the end of the event, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Fıfat ERBİL. We thank Mr. Fırat for his contributions.
