Visit to Duru Local Enterprise by Culinary Program Students

Burdur Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık MYO Culinary Program students, within the scope of the Sectoral Applications course, were guests at Duru Yöresel business under the coordination of Lecturer Yunus Baygül. The business owner, Ms. Nazire, explained the key points of our local flavors of Burdur to our students and together with our students, carried out the making of walnut paste. We thank her very much on behalf of our school and our students for the interest and sincerity she showed to our students while preparing these beautiful flavors. It was an enjoyable and instructive day for our students.
