Our Vocational School Culinary Program Students Attended Pastry and Chocolate Training

Our Vocational School Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department, Culinary Program students visited Kristal Endüstriyel enterprise. The event, organized under the coordination of Department Head Lecturer Muhammed HAYKIR, was also attended by Lecturer Yunus BAYGÜL from the Culinary Program. The event, which included many stations from the history of chocolate to its production, the making of various breads, from American cookies varieties to ice cream production, was both educational and delicious for the students. While the chefs shared their unique experiences with our students, they also conveyed inspiring perspectives.
