Aşçılık Programı Öğrencilerine Butik Pastacılık Eğitimi Düzenlendi

The Boutique Pastry Training organized for the students of our Vocational School's Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department, Culinary Program, was held with the participation of experienced entrepreneur boutique pastry chef Özgül Haykır. During the event, the intricacies of boutique pastry, decoration techniques, and entrepreneurial experiences were shared with the students.

Our participating chef shared her own pastry journey and the experiences she gained in this field, while the students had the opportunity to develop their skills through practical applications. The event, which took place in a colorful and creative atmosphere, featured both educational and enjoyable moments.

Thanks to this valuable experience, our students were inspired in the field of boutique pastry and took a step closer to their future career goals.
